Sarah is the last born in a family of seven children.  Her father and mother are both living; they are elderly, aged 73 and 56 years respectively.  Sarah’s parents cannot engage in productive work as they are sickly.  Currently, Sarah stays with her elder sister who provides her with shelter and food.  She has no capacity to meet Sarah’s other needs like tuition, health care, clothing and school supplies.
